should i apply?

there's one job post that caught my eye because it has both mundane and interesting duties. for what they're looking for, skills wise, i'm probably 90% qualified. so what? yeah, there's one thing that's holding me back: "The successful candidate will have fully embraced the beliefs and lifestyle of an evangelical Christian, and will support Tyndale's Statement of Faith." i can see why they would want a christian employee since they're a very christian school with very christian beliefs, so they're probably afraid of a non-christian making rukus in the great halls of the seminary. maybe i'll apply.. what's the worse that could happen? they'll say no? [sarcasm]*shiver*[smarcasm]

That's usually my attitude... hence I apply to jobs I'm not really qualified for all the time! There are always limits of course, like if it's too blatant the company may develop a negative opinion of you, but that hardly matters for that one!

Although dealing with the fundies *may* not be fun.

Christian fundamentalists. Not that they are that necessarily, it's just fun to say. :)
