temple of all things good is broken

the fridge broke today. we didn't notice until mum started sweeping the kitchen and found a puddle forming in front of the fridge. in the freezer, all the ice melted, all the ice cream was soupy, and other stuff were thawing out. luckily we have another freezer and a cold storage area in the basement, so we were able to stick everything in there.

i got into work today and it's FREEZING. it's about 15 degrees in here, so i'm sitting at the computer with my coat and mitts on. never typed with mitts on before; easier than i thought it would be..
