i saw van!

i ran into van at the rideau centre on wednesday! pretty surprising since i thought he didn't live in ottawa anymore.. i'm not sure where i got that idea from, an assumption on my part. anyway, he said he's quitting his job and will be trying for a swap experience. he's considering new zealand as his destination of choice, which has me kind of jealous.. and has me thinking. i've been considering applying to jobs in england, but am unsure if i want to take that step. the other side to it is: will i ever get a chance again? maybe.. maybe not.
