a notice went out regarding work's christmas party. with the details was a page asking for you to list yourself and your guests, with one of the column headings being "age (14-25 only)". since i'm of the ripe old age of 24, i asked..
the other co-worker TOTALLY got the disturbed look on my face since she's only a few years older than me. i guess it really hit me at that point that i was the youngest out of all the office people. at least the co-op student in qa doesn't make me feel so young!
me: is it really necessary to put my age down..?
party co-ordinator: *laughs* it's for the kids that are attending.
me: well that's a little disturbing..
another co-worker: *sarcasm* silly reena, you shouldn't be concerned with children older than you being at the party!
